Hope Riot is an artist that grew up in the multi-cultural atmosphere of El Paso, Texas and Cd. Juarez, Mexico. This has informed her sensibilities and artistic perspective to reflect the human stories that take place in the border town culture.
Working with producer Davíd Garza, engineer Manuel Calderon, and percussionist/producer Patricio "Pato" Davila at Sonic Ranch studio, her first album "Lacuna" has taken shape drawing upon her life experiences and imagination.
